nuEra Announces Month-Long Fundraising Initiative to Raise Awareness for LGBTQ+ issues.

CHICAGO, May 24, 2022 – nuEra, a rapidly expanding cannabis company today announced a month-long fundraising initiative with proceeds benefiting Howard Brown Health, which specializes in providing services to the LGBTQ+ community of Illinois.
Throughout the entire month of June, nuEra’s six dispensaries plus other participating Cannabis dispensaries in Illinois will be donating $1 per unit sold of a special nuEra brand “Pride Edition”, infused pre-roll. nuEra will also donate all net revenue from the sales of a “show your support” nuEra Pride logo pin. All proceeds will go to the Howard Brown Health, which provides LGBTQ+ affirming healthcare and transformative social policy work to actualize human rights and equity for all, serving more than 40,000 adults and youth in its diverse health and social service delivery system.
To kickoff the month-long fundraiser, nuEra will be participating in Higher Love’s Pride Month Kickoff Event on June 1st hosted by Bambi Banks Couleé, with fabulous performances by Khloe Couleé and Kenzie Couleé and RuPaul Drag Race Season 13 contestant and Chicagoan, Denali Foxx.
nuEra’s special “Pride Edition” product is from their High Times Cannabis Cup 1st place winning line of Dubble Joint infused pre-rolls. It is an inclusive mix of nuEra’s best flower and bubble hash in a tasty terpene filled, smooth burning 1g joint.
