Drive-Up With Ease
Exit the Kennedy (I-90/94) at North Avenue and head west two blocks—our vibrant mural is hard to miss.
You’ll find free customer parking directly across the street, while medical patients can use dedicated curbside-pickup spaces beside the building.
Public Transit Options
- Blue Line (from O’Hare or the Loop): Damen stop, 10-minute walk east.
- Red Line (from Midway via Orange→Red or North Side): North/Clybourn stop, 10-minute walk west.
- Bus 72 drops you right at our front door; #8 Halsted is two blocks east.
Cycling & Rideshare
Bike racks sit outside our entrance, and rideshares stage easily on Ada Street for quick, no-traffic pickups.
From the Airports
- O’Hare: Take the 24-hour Blue Line straight to Damen—about 45 minutes door-to-door.
- Midway: Orange Line to the Loop, transfer to Blue or Red, then follow the steps above.

Who Can Purchase Cannabis At Your Store?
Anyone 21+ can visit nuEra and purchase adult use cannabis.
You must bring a valid ID.
– Illinois Drivers license or State ID
– Passport
– Out of State Drivers license of State ID
*If you don’t have an actual IL Driver’s license or State ID then we have to limit you to the out of state purchase limits
*Temporary State ID or Driver’s license will be accepted if paperwork contains the proper bar code to be scanned
What Are The Hours?
Our Chicago store hours are 10am-8pm on Monday-Saturday and 10am-6pm on Sunday.
How Much Can I Purchase?
Medical Patients:
Illinois law allows registered patients and/or their designated caregivers to purchase 2.5 ounces of cannabis products during a period of 14 days from a registered Illinois dispensary.
Illinois Adult Use Residents are limited to:
– 30 grams of Flower or Pre-Rolls
– 5 grams of Concentrates (including Vapes)
– 500 mg of Edibles and Infused Products
Out of State Adult Use customers are limited to:
– 15 grams of Flower or Pre-Rolls
– 2.5 grams of Concentrates (including Vapes)
– 250 mg of Edibles and Infused Products
Can I Order Ahead Of Time?
Medical Patients and Adult Use customers can order ahead of time online or walk-in.
You can also pre-order after the store is closed for the next day pickup. *Please not that your order will not continue to be reserved if you do not pick it up that next day.
Do you offer curbside pick up?
Yes, however, by law it is only for Medical Customers only.
First you must place an order, select “CURBSIDE PICKUP” and follow further instructions.

Curbside Pickup is ONLY offered at our Chicago, East Peoria and Urbana locations.
Is there parking?
There are free parking spots in a lot across the street from 1308 W. North Ave as well as many free parking spots on both Ada St. and Throop St.*
*Please do not park at the Home Depot nearby because they monitor their parking lot and tow cars if you are not shopping there.
Is It Cash Only Or Can I Use Debit?
Both!
All nuEra dispensaries offer payment with debit card with a $3.50 fee as well as cash payment. There are ATM’s onsite for those that forget to bring cash and prefer that payment method.
Payment is made in-store during checkout. You cannot pre-pay when making a pre-order online at this time.
What Is The Return Policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Once a product has been purchased and leaves the store, per IDFPR regulations, products are not allowed to be brought back into our stores.
If you have a problem with any of the products that you purchased at our stores please reach out to [email protected] with your issue and we will work as quickly as we can to resolve the issue.
I got a defective product, what do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear you have a defective product!
Please email us at c[email protected] and provide the following information for a replacement:
– Your Name
– telephone number
– date purchased
– picture of receipt
– picture of barcode sticker
– picture or video that shows the product issue
– written description of the issues.
Note that all issues must be filed within 3 weeks of purchase and this process does not guarantee a replacement.
