Governer Pritzker Announces New Dispensary Licenses and More!

It’s official! Governor JB Pritzker has announced Lottery dates for 185 Cannabis Dispensary Licenses and has over 200 awardees for Craft Grow, Infuser and transportation Licenses. Of these, 100% are social equity applicants! On the same day of this announcement, the Governor has also signed H.B. 1443 on the mission to make Illinois the Cannabis-Equity Role model of the country. Within the bill, loosened restrictions for Medical Patients makes it easier to purchase because no “Home” dispensary is necessary. Read more about it here: Full Article
