Official Rules

1. The Giveaway is sponsored by GanjaVacations and nuEra Cannabis (Sponsors) and runs from 12:01 AM Central Time on April 1, 2022, through 11:59 PM Central Time on April 20, 2022 (Giveaway Period). All entries must be received by April 20, 2022. No purchase is necessary. The Giveaway Period may be shortened or lengthened at the absolute discretion of the Sponsors.

2. This Giveaway is open to any legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec, Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who is 21 years or older except where prohibited by law. THE GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Entrants agree to the publication and/or display of their names, addresses (limited to city and state only), likenesses, voices and/or photographs, where lawful, at the discretion of the Sponsors, without further compensation. Participants are subject to these Official Rules.

3. An individual meeting the eligibility criteria may enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period by completing and submitting the Giveaway entry form. Entrants may earn additional chances to win the Prize by referring friends and/or sharing on social media.

4. Entries become the property of the Sponsors, which assume no liability for late, misdirected, lost, damaged, and incomplete entries, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsors’ servers or elsewhere, all of which will not be eligible. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.

5. The Grand Prize (Prize) is a 4 day/3-night stay for the winner and a companion at Sativa Cottages in Little Bay Jamaica plus airport transfers, some meals, other inclusions, and resort activities. The Sponsors will also award a coupon code for a 15% discount to entrants for bookings made through the GanjaVacations website through midnight on July 31, 2022. This coupon code cannot be used in conjunction with any other GanjaVacations promotion.

6. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 1, 2022, and the result of the drawing will be final. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to release the Sponsors and all their affiliates, agents, partners, employees, and the participating resort from any and all liability, claims, injuries, actions or proceedings arising out of and/or sustained in connection with the use, acceptance or possession of the Prize. The potential winner will be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 5 days from the date the Sponsors first try to notify him/her, and/or the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Giveaway or receive the Prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. The potential winner and guest may also be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability within 14 days of notification, or the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be chosen. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. If through a printing, production, or other error more than one winner is notified for the Prize, one winner will be selected in a random drawing from among those notified. The Sponsors make no warranties with regard to the Prize. The Prize is non-extendable, nontransferable by winner, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. There are no substitutions for the Prize, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors and the participating resort. The Sponsors also reserve the right to withdraw the Prize for any reason.

7. The winner will be responsible for roundtrip airfare, all local, state and/or federal taxes, personal any other expenses not specified as part of the Prize. Amendments to a confirmed booking may result in forfeiture of the Prize or administrative fees. The winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the Prize value.

8. Travel related to the Prize awarded in the Giveaway must be booked and completed by April 30, 2023. No extension will be given after the Prize has expired. The Prize inclusions may be subject to change. Accommodations are based on availability at time of booking and are subject to blackout dates.

9. Entrants confirm that by entering the Giveaway, they agree to add their contact information to the mailing lists of both Sponsors, subject to the entrant’s right to thereafter opt out or unsubscribe to such lists at any time.

10. All entrants confirm that they have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by them as a participant and/or winner in the Giveaway. Entrants also agree that their electronic entry serves as their signature.
